About This Programme

FIND Questioning Skills — The Advanced Discovery Framework That Helps Buyers Convince Themselves

Most accident investigations identify the immediate cause and stop there. This programme teaches managers and supervisors to go further — using structured investigation frameworks to identify root causes, complete legally compliant reports and implement changes that prevent recurrence.

Practical, process-driven and built around real manufacturing and industrial environments. Every delegate leaves with a replicable investigation framework ready to use from the next incident onward.

Key Benefits

What Delegates Gain From This Programme

Frame questions that establish the full context of the buyer's world — past, present and future — before any solution is mentioned

Intercept implied need signals — the early warning indicators that reveal a problem the buyer has not yet fully acknowledged

Name the reality questions that surface the real cost, risk and urgency behind an implied need — making the invisible visible to the buyer

Define the Gain questions that guide buyers to articulate their own solution vision — so commitment comes from their thinking, not your pitch

Apply FIND across the full sales conversation — prospecting, account reviews, qualification and strategic planning discussions

Leave with a personal FIND questioning plan applied to real current pipeline opportunities

Programme Outline

Full-Day FIND Questioning Skills Training Programme

Morning Session
The Psychology of Questioning, Frame & Intercept

Delegates explore why elite salespeople consistently outperform through questioning rather than pitching, develop a deep understanding of the difference between explicit and implied need, and practise Frame and Intercept questioning techniques through structured live exercises using real scenarios from their pipeline.

Afternoon Session — Part 1
Name the Reality & Define the Gain

Delegates master the two most powerful and least-used questioning stages — Name the Reality, which surfaces the explicit cost and urgency behind an implied need, and Define the Gain, which guides buyers to construct their own solution vision and articulate their own payoff. Extended live practice with peer feedback and coach observation throughout.

Afternoon Session — Part 2
Full FIND Conversation Practice & Pipeline Action Planning

Delegates run complete FIND discovery conversations from Frame through to Define the Gain — against complex, realistic sales scenarios. The session closes with a personal FIND action plan applied to each delegate's three most important live pipeline opportunities.
