Programme Outline

Half-Day Train the Trainer Workshop Outline

First Half
The Trainer's Role, Adult Learning Principles & Structured Session Design

Delegates establish the distinction between presenting, training and facilitating — and what separates effective training from information delivery. They apply adult learning principles (andragogy) to training design, write SMART learning objectives using Bloom's Taxonomy and build a structured session plan — sequencing content logically and planning for active delegate involvement throughout rather than passive reception.

Second Half
Presentation Skills, Engaging Delivery & Live Practice with Feedback

Delegates develop core presentation skills — voice projection, pacing, eye contact and body language — and apply engaging delivery techniques to keep delegates actively involved. They practise handling questions confidently and complete a short live training delivery exercise with structured peer feedback — leaving with specific, immediately actionable improvements for their very next training session.
